What materials are used?
Our bracelets are high-fired ceramic, glazed and finished by hand. They contain no metal, so they stay gentle and skin-friendly for everyday wear.
How do I care for my bracelet?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid knocking it against hard surfaces and take it off before vigorous activity. Ceramic is durable but can chip if dropped.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Hong Kong and Singapore, with free shipping on every order. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days; transit then takes about 1–5 business days to Hong Kong and 7–12 business days to Singapore. More destinations are coming soon.
What is your return policy?
Every piece is inspected by hand before it ships. If your bracelet arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll send a replacement right away — at our cost. Because each piece is handmade and gift-boxed to order, we’re unable to accept change-of-mind returns — so if you’re unsure about size or colour, just ask before you buy. We reply within 2 business days.
