Product descriptions We do our best to keep product information accurate. Because our ceramics are handmade and kiln-fired, the colour and pattern of the piece you receive may differ slightly from the photographs. This is normal and is not a defect.

Pricing and payment Prices are shown in the currency of the region selected at checkout (HKD for Hong Kong, SGD for Singapore). Shipping is free on all orders to Hong Kong and Singapore. LUMI reserves the right to adjust prices; any adjustment does not affect orders already confirmed.

Order confirmation You will receive a confirmation email after placing an order. LUMI reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example in the case of a pricing error or a stock issue — and will refund it in full.
