We want you to love your LUMI piece.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@lumibracelets.com within 7 days with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damage

We will send a replacement at no cost. You do not need to return the damaged item — due to cross-border shipping costs, we simply replace it.

No Returns for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. As each LUMI bracelet is individually handcrafted, natural variations in glaze, colour, and texture are expected and are not defects.

Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, LUMI reserves the right not to resend the order. Please double-check your address and phone number before confirming.

損壞或發錯貨

如商品到貨有損壞或發錯,請在收貨後 7 天內,連同訂單號碼及損壞照片電郵至 hello@lumibracelets.com

我們將免費補發新品,無須退回損壞品。由於跨境退回運費遠高於商品成本,我們一律安排補發。

不接受「不喜歡」退貨

本店不接受以「不喜歡」為由的退貨或退款申請。陶瓷釉色、顏色及紋理的自然差異屬正常現象,不屬於瑕疵。

包裹無法投遞

如因顧客填寫錯誤地址導致包裹無法送達,LUMI 保留不予補寄的權利。請在確認訂單前仔細核對地址及電話號碼。
