品質承諾
每件作品在發貨前均經人工細緻檢查，確保以完好狀態寄出。

運送損壞？我們立即補寄。
若商品在運送途中損壞，請於收貨後 7 天內電郵 hello@lumibracelets.com 並附上照片，確認後我們會立即安排補寄，運費由 LUMI 承擔。

關於退換
每件 LUMI 手鏈均為景德鎮手工燒製、按單配盒，釉色與紋路的細微差異是手作的特質而非瑕疵。因此訂單確認後恕不接受因個人原因的退貨或換貨。下單前請確認商品描述與尺寸（彈性繩，適合 14–18cm 手腕）；如有疑問，歡迎先來信詢問，我們樂意協助挑選。

Every piece is carefully inspected by hand before it ships, so it leaves us in perfect condition.

Damaged on arrival? We'll replace it.
If your order arrives damaged, email hello@lumibracelets.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a replacement right away, shipping on us.

Change-of-mind returns
Because each piece is handmade and gift-boxed to order, all sales are final and we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please check the product description and sizing (elastic cord, fits 14–18 cm wrists) before ordering — and if you're unsure, email us first. We're happy to help you choose.
