LUMI began with a simple question: what does a truly thoughtful gift look like?

Not flashy. Not generic. Something quiet and considered — an object that holds meaning before you even open the box.

We found our answer in Jingdezhen, a porcelain capital with centuries of heritage. Every bead in a LUMI bracelet is fired at over 1,300 degrees Celsius, glazed by hand, and shaped through a craft passed down across generations.

The crackle patterns in our ice-glaze collection. The deep cobalt of our Cobalt Blue pieces. The delicate brushwork of Qinghua porcelain. These are not imperfections — they are the signature of something made slowly, with intention.

LUMI is for those who notice the detail. Who give gifts that say more than a price tag. Who wear something beautiful not to be noticed, but because it matters to them.

Every order is hand-packaged in our signature embossed gift box — because we believe the experience of receiving a gift should feel as considered as the gift itself.

From the Founder

I'm Polly, the founder of LUMI. As an ENFJ, the people I love are always on my mind. Every time I gave a gift, I wanted something that truly fit the person and carried real feeling — and I often got caught in the worry of not knowing what to choose. Sometimes, the more you care about someone, the more you fear getting it wrong.

Then I discovered the ceramic craft of Jingdezhen. I found that these handmade pieces hold the warmth of the craft and a depth of quiet blessing — they speak for the heart on their own. So I shaped that feeling into LUMI, so anyone can easily give a gift chosen just for the person who matters.

We believe a good gift doesn't need to be expensive or complicated. It only needs to make the person feel, the moment they open it: "You thought of me."
