All LUMI orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before dispatch.
Hong Kong
- Orders over HKD 300: Free shipping (1–5 business days after dispatch)
- Orders under HKD 300: HKD 25 flat-rate shipping
Singapore
- All orders: Free shipping (cost included in product pricing)
- Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days after dispatch
Customs & Duties
- Hong Kong: Free port — no import duties.
- Singapore: Orders under SGD 400 are exempt from GST. Tax on orders above SGD 400 is the recipient's responsibility.
