Shipping
Q: Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Shenzhen, China.
Q: How long does delivery take?
Hong Kong: 1–5 business days after dispatch. Singapore: 7–12 business days. Please allow 3–5 additional business days for order processing.
Q: Is there free shipping?
Yes. Hong Kong orders over HKD 300 get free shipping. All Singapore orders include free shipping (the cost is included in the product price).
Q: Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking number is sent to your email once your order is dispatched.

Q: Are the ceramics handmade?
Yes. Every bead is crafted in Jingdezhen and fired at over 1,300 degrees Celsius. Natural variations in glaze and pattern are a feature, not a flaw, and make each piece unique.
Q: What bead sizes are available?
Most bracelets come in 6mm, 8mm, and 10mm. See individual product pages for available sizes.
Q: What wrist size do your bracelets fit?
Most LUMI bracelets use elastic cord and fit wrist circumferences of 14–18cm. Contact us before ordering if you have a specific requirement.
Q: How should I care for my bracelet?
Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume, lotion, and cleaning products. Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Store in the provided gift box when not wearing.
Orders & Returns
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us at hello@lumibracelets.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement at no cost — no need to return the damaged item.
Q: Can I return my order?
We do not accept returns for change of mind. Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced — see above.
Q: Do I need to pay customs duties?
Hong Kong: no duties (free port). Singapore: orders under SGD 400 are GST-exempt.

香港訂單滿 HK$300 免運；新加坡所有訂單免運（運費已包含於定價內）。

Q：陶瓷手鏈是手工製作的嗎？
是的。每顆陶珠均在景德鎮以超過 1,300°C 高溫燒製，手工上釉。釉色和紋理的自然差異是手工特色，每件獨一無二。
Q：有哪些尺寸可選？
大部分手鏈提供 6mm、8mm 及 10mm，詳見各產品頁面。
Q：手鏈適合什麼手圍？
大部分 LUMI 手鏈採用彈力線，適合手圍 14–18cm。如有特定需求，歡迎下單前聯絡。
Q：如何保養手鏈？
避免長時間接觸水、香水、乳液及清潔用品。以柔軟乾布輕拭。不佩戴時存放於附送禮盒。
訂單及退換
Q：如果到貨有損壞怎麼辦？
請在收貨後 7 天內，連同訂單號碼及照片電郵至 hello@lumibracelets.com。我們將免費補發新品，無須退回損壞品。
Q：可以退貨嗎？
本店不接受以「不喜歡」為由的退貨。如商品到貨有損壞，我們將安排補發。
Q：需要繳關稅嗎？
香港為自由港，無需繳進口關稅。新加坡訂單金額低於 SGD$400 免繳消費稅。
